What’s your VS 2017 version? Now the latest version is 15.4.1 and please go to Help-About Microsoft Visual Studio to check the version, if it is not the latest one, please re-run the VS installer as administrator and choose ‘Update’ to upgrade. If it is already the latest one, please repair it to have a test.
