Webcam gives following message: C:\\Windows\SysWoW64\kswdmcap.ax is either not designated to run on windows or it contains an error. The picture does not come up.  If I click on this message 10 times the picture occurs and all is well. How can I fix this.  I have a relatively new Acer co,puter (laptop) with the latest version of windows.
