I am trying to build a technique to circumvent possible infection of the CyberLock virus. Specifically, I'd like to dynamically mount a backup HDD on a timed schedule, then run the applicable backup program and dismount the backup HDD upon backup completion.

mountvol.exe gives you much the same options as the Disk Manager GUI. You must execute the command under elevated privileges.
