I am trying to download VS2015 from https://www.visualstudio.com/vs/older-downloads/ and ended up with below error.

Sorry, we couldn't find any downloads for you.To continue, please join Visual Studio Dev Essentials or purchase a Visual Studio Subscription.If your Visual Studio Subscription has recently been migrated from the legacy MSDN Subscriptions portal, and you are unable to find your subscription here, please ensure you are using the same sign-in credentials that you were using to sign-in to the legacy MSDN portal. You may need to log out and log back in. Make sure to select personal account if given a choice when logging in.Still having trouble? Please review our FAQ , or contact Support.

Is Microsoft not allowing VS2015 down load now. If it is allowed please help with the url.

visual studio 2015 is available in the site. If you don't have visual studio subscription, please sign in  Visual Studio Dev Essentials with a Microsoft account to download visual studio 2015. 

Besides, please go to My.visualstudio.com to check if you’re a member of our free Visual Studio Dev Essentials program, or have Professional or Enterprise subscriptions, you’ll find everything you need in one convenient place.

Your credentials depend on the kind of subscription you have.

• If your subscription was activated prior to October 2016 using the legacy MSDN subscription portal, please continue to use the same credentials as before.
• If it’s your first time accessing your subscription, sign in with the email account included in your subscription assignment notification email. There is no additional activation required.
• If you purchased a monthly or annual cloud subscription, use the sign-in established when the account was created to purchase the subscription, which is the same where you received the purchase confirmation email.
• If you only joined the free Visual Studio Dev Essentials program, you can sign in with a Microsoft Account.
