I am new to apps dev. I have installed VS 2013 Update 5. Have installed Win 10 Emulator , SDK for win 10 store apps

当我打开VS项目并选择通用应用程序它总是打开8.1项目。为什么会这样？

When I open the VS Project and select universal apps It always opens 8.1 Project. Why is it so ?

当我选择Win 10 Emulator时，它说flash.vhd缺失

Also when I select Win 10 Emulator it says flash.vhd missing
