Outlook 2010 Application_Startup does not fire up when Outlook starts, I have searched on Internet and can not solve this problem.

Macro Settings is Enable All Macros, and sub Application_Startup () is in ThisOutlookSession.

You may want to check that your Add-in hasn't been disabled by outlook,

File -> Options -> Add-Ins and click the Go button next to Manage COM Add-ins. Find the name of your add-in, make sure it is ticked, if it's not in the list then it's never been loaded by outlook in the first place.
