This is a higher version than the currently targeted framework ".NETFramework,Version=v3.5"

I was using Microsoft.GroupPolicy.Management.dll for some group policy work. when I build the solution I am getting this error.

For your question, which GPMC you installed on your computer? And what is the version of your computer? The msdn document only support for windows 7 and earlier version. You could download and install it.
