I'm trying to install Visual Studio Community 2017 with only two workloads, C++ development and Xamarin.

I downloaded it as fast as expected, but when it got to "Applying..." part of the installation, it took ~4 hours just to get to 44%. I couldn't wait another 4 hours so I had to just shut my laptop off and go home.
