Delete a folder in C drive accidentally (C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\VisualStdio).And the fold was completely cleared in the recycle bin.I can not get into the installation interface of Visual Studio 2017 community after I run vs_community.exe.

The log showed that

Error 1706. An installation package for the product vs_communitymsi cannot be found. Try the installation again using a valid copy of the installation package 'Microsoft.VisualStudio.Community.Msi.msi'.

Thank you for posting in MSDN forum

Please try with following steps:

1. Run Visual Studio Uninstaller , it can help you uninstall the Whole VS cleanly.

2. Re-download the newest VS 2017 Community web installer from https://www.visualstudio.com/downloads/

3. Clean %temp% folder and run VS as administrator.
