Do you receive any error messages? If so, please tell us what it said. Also, please post the code for the aspx page in question using the 'Has Code' option so that we can see if there is something there that may be causing the problem.
 
Is the site located on your local machine? If so, did you install the 'Expression Development Server' when you installed EW? If the development server is not installed and/or the .Net Framework version 2.0 or later is not installed on your machine, aspx pages will not display.

If the site is located on a server on the internet, the hosting server must be configured to run aspx pages using .Net Framework 2.0 or later.
