I just installed windows subsystem for linux.
我这样做了：sudo apt-get install python-scipy
I did this : sudo apt-get install python-scipy

There's no any grub in WSL. WSL is not a real Linux, unlike a virtual machine. It is more like a container. All we need to know about its filesystem root - it is just "/".

Try to find out with the community which maintains "python-scipy" why it is concerned about grub. Or fix it yourself, this is how opensource works :)
