I am trying to connect windows active directory user and computers with ldap connection,and I wish to get all information from one server and sync to another server including password but I am not able to do so I can get all other properties except password.

Also if I can change any property from server I am able to get notify and start sync to another server.

Domain controller synchronization with Active Directory is a administrative function that can be configured by a network administrator. I'm not really sure why you would be trying to do this through code.
