I have 4 web.config files in my hosting application.each are for different regions pointing DEV,QA,INT,PROD.For these four maintaining 4 web.config files .But,one extra files is added to hosts folder for each region files like Web.Dev.Config.Transformed,Web.Int.Config.Transformed, Etc,..

How did you generate those files? Using MSbuild command line or generate it by manually from VS?
