I have a brand new PC this week (my old Surface Book SSD crashed last week).  It's running Win 10 Pro 15063.483 with all the latest updates. I've installed Office, SQL 2016, and Visual Studio 2017 (15.2 26430.16), and a few other tools, but a pretty clean brand new install.

First time I tried to create a Xamarin app or a Universal app, it failed and I have been unable to get it to work.   In both cases, I'm doing a File New Project and it compiles but I cannot deploy and run, and I cannot edit the XAML.  When I open the XAML, I get this error:

"For Developers "启用了Windows 10开发人员模式。设置对话框。

To ensure you can develop UWP apps on Windows 10, make sure you've enabled the Windows 10 developer mode through the "For Developers" Settings dialog.
