I note that several others have had trouble with DRiver downloads, I am joining the list. I recently purchased the Office 2010 Pro A/E through DRiver and when I tried to access the download using my ordernumber and passoword I get an error message about the download being unavailable at this time error number SYS00001 or something. I tried to resolve with DRiver but they are not helping so far. i have rang them in Australia (where I am from) and sent complaints via their customer service form. They are giving me the run around for sure. Is there anyone at microsoft that can assist with my order or provide me with advice on how to resolve. Note that it has been 3 days since I paid for the download and still don't have it or look any closer to recieving it. DRiver says that they can only assist with the purchase or download but not technical aspects of the download? What kind of an answer is that? Of course the problem is technical. Very frustrated, what can I do?

I have no access to Digital River. Nor do I work with the Platforms marketing or product group at all. So there's no way that I can help directly. But I did do some research, and found that there is a customer advocacy group here at Microsoft. If you contact them, they will get to the bottom of the problem and make sure you are taken care of.
