Hello,

Here's a picture of the error being received:

This happens any time the designer is opened. Visual Studio 2012 is installed on Windows Server 2012, RemoteApp'ed onto Surface RT. Everything else works fine.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I would like to know if you get this issue when you load XML designer for Windows store app.

If yes, I am afraid that it is out of support range of VS testing forum. I suggest that you can consult your issue on Tools for Windows Store apps for better response and support.
