This morning, Office 365 did an update.   Afterwards, when I enter Number as Data type, it automatically populates Field Size as Long Integer and will not accept any other field sizes.  I need double and this is a major bug.

This is a bug in the click-to-run version of Access 2016, introduced on the 7th of June, 2016; Microsoft knows about it so hopefully it'll be corrected soon. See Table design bug in click-to-run Access 2016 for a workaround.
