I am unable to connect to my team services site. I have Project Collection permissions. When I attempt to connect I am given error TF31003: Either you have not entered the necessary credentials or your user account does not have permission to connect to the Team Foundation Server at https://atqa.visualstudio.com/. Ask your Administrator to add the appropriate permissions to your account. 

What am I missing? I have put my login info into the controller settings but other than that it did not ask me to log in.
