The endpoint URLs for the active endpoints are fixed.  The metadata URL is also fixed, as it is a well-known address that can be used for service discovery.

The only configurable endpoint is the federation passive endpoint.  You can configure this manually by updating the IIS vdir settings and then running Set-AdfsProperties -FederationPassiveAddress /new/path/
