I read couple of days in this topic but found no solution so far. I have a custom list "employee database" with 105 columns. I use spoodoo sticky headers (http://spoodoo.com/sticky-headers-sharepoint-2013-v2-0/) with jquery to freeze the headers and it works fine. But I also need excel-like solution to freeze the first one or two columns when right-scrolling. So far:

1. I checked this one: Freeze first column in SharePoint List View? I could manage to connect a web part to the list with a view containg only 3 columns (of the list), filtering works but when I scroll rigth the upper web part (with the 3 columns) does not freeze(goes out of the screen). Here's my screenshot: 

It would be nice if I can add the web part with the 3 columns not above the list but on the left side like on a page with two columns each containing web part. The problem is that if I create such page with two web parts (each with the list) there is no Connection option below "Edit web part" so I can not connect them.

2. I tried this one: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/18826775/fix-columns-in-horizontal-scrolling - simply does not work....

Any ideas will be appreciated.

I imagine in the sticky headers, the script is setting a specific class (ms-vh2 most likely) that list headers have as hovering. You could do the same for a column on the right. Maybe add the same class to a calculated column that concatenates the field you want wrapped in a span of the class. Example:

Calculated column formula = CONCATENATE("<span class=ms-vh2>",[Title],"</span>")

Alternatively you could use a thing called DataTables to show information instead of the OOB SharePoint list views. This has these features built in.
