I am having problems with my MSN Messenger every time that my laptop goes into Sleep mode.

I am able to log automatically when I first start my laptop, but if I close the lid/screen or if the system goes into Sleep mode, when I open the lid back up or resume use; MSN Messenger is not able to reconnect and it gives me an error code: 8000402a.

The only way I am able to reconnect is if go the Task Manager under the Process tab and select MSNMSGR.EXE and select End Process. 

It is very annoying having to do this every time my computer goes into Sleep mode.

I tried uninstalling MSN before and re-downloading it and that did not help. I even reset my entire laptop to factory settings and tried re-downloading MSN Messenger before I reinstalled the CA Security Center (Firewall) and I still had the same problems withe error code 8000402a.

I am having this problem for over a month now, prior to that I had no issues.

PLEASE HELP!
