I have an application in C++ (MFC). There is a COM library that I use (that is made in VB6). I do not have the code for this library, I just use it. There is a function in this library that I use that eventually writes numbers in a text file. My problem is that these numbers are written in in the current locale format. For example, the decimal point is not always ".", but is as the current decimal symbol is set in the Windows Regional Settings. It there any work around to set the locale for the COM DLL that I am using?

I doubt that it can be changed without modifying the code in the VB 6.0 component, but you may want to ask this question in a VB 6.0 forum. This forum is primarily for Visual Basic .NET.
