I have a list of contacts in the application.

instead of the bMark field in the table itself or importing the data you could use a "selection table" in your frontend. It would have 2 fields: "Id" that corresponds to a unique field (possibly the PK) in the contacts table and "bMark", a Yes/No field.

对于您的表单和报表，您可以通过ID选择外部联接（联系表中的所有记录以及仅相应的数据...）来查询查询中的2个表。使用 新的本地  bMark字段来管理选择。

For your form and report you connect the 2 tables in a query via ID choosing an outer join (all records from the contact table and only the corresponding data...). Use the new, local bMark field to manage the selection.
