Hi, I'm developing windows phone 8 app with my Nokia lumia 520 device. When I run my app, suddenly I'm getting "An unhandled exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' occurred in System.Windows.ni.dll" error. But the same app is working fine in my another nokia lumia 525 device. I dont know that what will be the issue and  how to handle this. Please help me with the solution. Thanks.

Max memory limit allocated for an app in 512 MB devices (Lumia 520) is 180 MB. If your app is consuming more than that, you receive this exception.

For 1GB RAM phones (Lumia 525) the max memory limit allocated is 380 MB.
