I am a windows phone developer.I want to setup a authenticated push notification service in "pushwoosh" but when i want configure the service then want Certicate,private key,CA Info.How can I get "Certicate,private key,CA Info" these three things please suggest.

I’m not sure what is pushwoosh, sounds like a third party service.

Actually in Windows Phone here are the steps about your topic Setting up an authenticated web service to send push notifications for Windows Phone 8

But for the certificate you need to buy it from some other sites. But it should meet the following:

The TLS certificate uploaded to Dev Center must meet the following criteria:

• The Key-Usage value of the TLS certificate must be set to include client authentication.

• The root Certificate Authority (CA) of the certificate must be one of the CAs listed at SSL root certificates for Windows Phone OS 7.1. Use this list whether your app is for Windows Phone OS 7.1 or Windows Phone 8.
