Hi, I am running into this MSB8020 error while building on VS2013 - this one is somewhat different from  similar ones discussed in this forum.

I have VS2013 and VS2015 installed on .Net 4.6. The source tree builds fine on VS2015. It is supposed to work on VS2013, but gives Error MSB8020 : "(Platform Toolset = v140) cannot be found".

Then are the VS2015 and VS2013 fundamentally incompatible for the environment at hand?
