How about asking the people that actually wrote this library instead of asking a bunch of people who have never heard of it??

If these are third party solutions that support finger print reading, get in touch with these vendors and ask them for information.
If you cannot contact them, go through their websites and in particular their API documentation, and pick up the one that is best suited to you.

I doubt if anyone will have the experience of having worked on all of these SDK''s. If someone has experience on some of them, I guess they will post here.
