我有3个类型字符串列表，其中包含每种疾病的一个列表的症状，我还有另一个包含用户输入的类型字符串列表，即用户提供的症状，现在我想使用用户输入到比较来自用户的每个症状，以及包含数据库症状的所有其他列表。我想获得具有最高比较的列表...请帮助我

Pls i have 3 lists of type string containing symptoms one list for each disease,and i also have another list of type string containing the input of a user i.e the symptoms the user supplies,now i want to use the users input to compare each symptoms from the user againt all other lists containing the symptoms from the database. And i want to get the list that has the highest comparism...pls help me out
