In VS 2015 Enterprise version 14.0.25431.01.

During a Debug session, if I move the cursor over any variable/property of my object that is within a "WITH ..." statement, I don't get the tooltip showing me values.  I have to move the cursor up to the top object ... i.e. "With MyCustomer ...." and then inspect MyCustomer with hover over ... any code below that referenced with "dot" i.e. ".Property1" doesn't work with hover over and no tooltip appears with values.

Any suggestions?

This "used" to work prior to VS 2015 Update 3.

According to your description, I tested in both of my Visual Studio 2015 and Visual Studio 2017. They are all show the variable/property of the object on the top object behind the "With" key word. So I'm afraid that it is the default action in current version of Visual Studio 2015 and 2017.

And I have submit this issue through Visual Studio 2015 Help menu -> Send a Feedback -> Report a problem. You could open that option and type following title to search this feedback and vote it.
