I want to create a help package with HHW (HTML Help Workshop). Everything is fine but I couldn''t create sub headings under a main header. Did anyone of you know how to do that? If so please share it with me.

It looks like an old post. May be you solved the issue but here is the solution:

1. First add a heading in the Contents.
2. Right click the newly added heading and add topic.
