HAs anybody has experienced something like this with VS 2015 Community version?The VS 2015 Community is cannot load designer for even small XAML pages of apps for win 8.1. Loading process (in backround) simply never terminates.
P.S.
Every few month MS issues new 'cutting edge' technology saving the whole world or making my life easier. Every few month I learn this new technology and when I am able to write something more than 'Hello word' app, MS comes with another and more 'cutting edge' technology and almost my knowledge becomes obsolete and shopuld be trashed. This is of course very frustrating., But more frustrating is waste of time and money. For begin of July I did not start to develop any new app for win 8.1 because I knew that it will be obsolete in few weeks. In a meantime I tried to lern something about Win 10 but it was almost impossible to learn some real things because all the time I was able find how great experience is Win 10 and what a CUTTING EDGE is the EDGE! ;)
But Ok I am old dog, and I know that all these ohs and ahs of marketers will die last (after MS goes to bankruptcy). I reserved my WIN10 coutting edge OS and on the day D - 29 July... nothing happens. I lost next 3 days to install OS manually and 4th day I installed VS 2015 Community. Great, I have 31 GB of cutting edge software on my hard disk! Wonderful feeling indeed.

Could you please tell if you are under below scenarios:
1.You are using VS2015 Community in windows 10 machine and create a windows app which targets to windows 8.1, if so, please follow below steps to see if you could get it work:
Go to the Setting Panel
Click the "Update & security"
Click "For developers" and Select Developer Mode, it may have a dialog box, and click yes.
2.If you are running your VS2015 Community in windows 8.1 machine, if there is any exception showing the XAML design windows, please share it with us and you could also provide a demo project with us.
