I want to write an windows 8.1 universal app using c#/XAML which displays raw frame buffer of an image in a view

Please advice how can I archive the same. Raw frame buffer is in byte array. As data is raw, I may need to set the image height , width ,format etc ? how can I do this? please guide me or post some sample code
