I have scheduled task scheduler job (PowerShell script) to monitor status of SharePoint site. Sometimes i get status code = 0.

when i check site availability. Everything looks fine i.e. site, network, firewall, SQL.

Could you let us know what does that PowerShell script do? Could you share the PowerShell code that gets the status code 0 as result? Does the account the script is running under have enough permission to execute all the instructions in the script's source code?
As far as I know, the status code 0 is not a valid HTTP status code: maybe your script is returning that code for some specific reason due to the operations it is performing or trying to perform.
