我想在Windows资源管理器中查看库文档，但我没有"在Windows资源管理器中打开"行动菜单下的链接。

I want to view library document in windows explorer but i am not getting "open in windows explorer" link under action menu.

请指导我如何启用此功能，并从库中查看和下载文档。

Please guide how can i enable this and view and download documents from library.
