One day I saw the ''.NETBar'' GUI Component for .NET.

How many ''GUI Components'' are there for .NET?

I mean : all usable GUIs for .NET , like .NETBar and flash and ... .

Far to many to count.
Many of them do the same (or a very similar) job in a different way.

But it''s a pretty silly question - nobody counts, and nobody needs to know the number.

Only the guys from google could ever answer this to you. But there is no interface for such a deep data mining.
Seriously: there are many companies and enthusiast people who developed independent components or component suites - and because GUI means in .net at least Windows Forms, Web Forms, WPF and Silverlight, it is really much. And most of them are maintained and developed to follow the framework releases. So if you want to ask us, which of them to choose... well, that would be a debate like about cars or football: everybody has a favorite.
So, I suggest you search for a component suite that:
- has all (or most of) the components you could imagine to need
- has several releases over time, with evolving functionality and content
- there is a demo version with no functionality limit (so you can upgrade to licensed one without rewriting your code)
- there is a good support, even better also a good community behind it
- is affordable for you or your project
