i have a list that contains date field 'Datum'. i created another field like calculated field with formula [Datum]+30. now, i need remind with sending mail if today>calculated column. i tryed with workflow that contains pause to calculated column but my workflow is not working, probably workflow start when item created or changed but i need start workflow after calculated column value. how resolve this problem?

Hi gogi1000,

To start the workflow based specific time according to your requirement, we can enable retention policy to start workflow.

In workflow, we only add the send email action to send email.

To enable retention policy, go to list settings-> Information management policy settings under permission and management->Item->enable retention.

For more detailed information, refer to the picture.

Then we should run "Information management policy" timer job and "Expiration policy" timer job. We should run "Information management policy" timer job firstly and then run "Expiration policy" timer job.
