Hi Pang!

Passive federation is browser-based and should work on any mobile device with a web browser that supports JavaScript.

Active federation requires a special client (e.g., on Windows, the client is CardSpace).  I'm not aware of any active clients for Windows Mobile and BlackBerry at this time.
