I tried many ways to clear the host file using VB 6

我试过 

Kill（" C：\\ \\ windows \ System32 \ drivers \ etc \ hosts"） 

Kill ("C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts") 

但它会删除该文件。我只想清除主机文件的内容。请帮忙。 

but it will delete the file . i just want to Clear the content of the host file. Please help.
