I am new Universal app development. I know how to connect windows phone to PC for development. But I am developing app for Windows 8.1 (For Tab). I don't how to connect Windows Tab to PC. I have search lot but didn't get solution. I want Tab to be available for debug purpose in Visual studio 2013.

You would debug the app over the network not actually connect the pc to your computer.  This article should help
