I'm trying to use the Intel Math Kernel Library to speed up my application. When I use it in a command line application I have no problems. When I use merge the code into Universal App it builds with no issues but the app won't start.

I get an alert box with the message "Unable to active application". I tried everything including rebuilding my computer with no success.

When I disconnect the MKL library and rebuild, everything works fine.

As far as I know, if you want to use Intel Math Kernel Library in UWP app, you need to build it as winmd version first. Then UWP will build it without errors.
