I programmed an Access 2013 program that is used for ordering and issuing invoices in our company. We have four brances with different names and logos. This year I tried to standardize the program in branches but I have a problem. How can I define default setting for programs in every branch. For example I want to define logo and company names for every branch in forms and different users, how Can I define these setting in my Access app?

Where did you use the logo and company? Did you mean the icon and application name in the SharePoint or any other place? What Access program do you develop, Access 2013 client or Access 2013 web app? Do you want to show different logo and company names in the forms according different user in Access 2013 client? If so, I think you could use Image control and Label, and bind the fileds with datasource. For adding Image controls, you could add an Attachment filed in your table, add an Image control to your Form, set Attachment filed as the control source, and then you could add the logo image to the Attachment filed. For adding company name, you could do like adding Image controls.
