How can I make modal dialogs in MFC applications with the Visual Styles Manager (CMFCVisualManager from the MFC feature pack) show in the same themed style as the main application window? The caption of modal dialogs is shown in the normal windows theme, not the theme I've selected with the Styles Manager. Thanks.

I would also like to know this as some urgency. We have an MFC application (SDI) we are porting over to 2008 with the new MFC features. Since the application has 15 or so dialogs (CDialogEx) all using the systems theme not the applications theme, it looks rubbish! :(

Is there another CMFCxxx class we should derive from instead of a CDialogEx?
