Is there a library for .NET which provides methods for querying vulnerabilities of products from a vulnerability database such as VulDB or NVD? I want to query vulnerabilities of products like .NET Framework through my application.

You can download the full list or by-year list from CVE website in various format.

The xsd schema file can be used to generate "strong typed dataset" classes / POCO classes to deserialize and access the XML file content.

No need to use 3rd party libraries.
