We are using Access 2010 with an existing DB. Suddenly a single Combo Box drop down in existing record form will only access the sub menu for the last record clicked rather than showing the full drop down selection associated with the box.

If we exit the form and start again, the drop down box is reset and you may select the appropriate options for that record.  However if we select another record to modify or add a new record, the only drop down list available the last one selected.

If we choose to add a new record the drop down is blank.

It is happening on multiple archived versions of the database as well as with different user ids on different machines.

I suspect that you add a filter to the datasouce of the combobox when you select another record or add new record. I would recommend you to check how you bind the datasource of the combobox and the property of the combobox you set.
