我想打一个OnCall中的事件，我已历经知道，世界上没有这样的方法，但basicly什么我想要做的：

I want to make an onCall event, I allready know that theres no such method but basicly what i want to do:

当有来电时recived，弹出式烤面包（或其他）

when an incoming call is recived, Popup Toast (or anything else)

任何教程或例子code的会有所帮助。

any kind of tutorials or example code would help.
