I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software for Windows Mobile, but it will not sync, just keep saying it cannot sync.  It will charge and recognizes the unit, I don't know what else to do.

I have since tried deleting and resetting up my PC on my Active Sync but I still cannot sync.  The support code is 0x8503001C  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
