steps which i followed are :

file- add - new project - other project types - visual studio installer -set up wizard-named it and provide it a location in E drive - next - create a setup for webapplication - next -showing the checbox for content files from my web application -i checked it -i havn''t include any additional file and click next an finally finish.now build the setup .build succeedeed and found a setup .msi file in debug folder but when i run this it gave me error

this system requires internet imformation server 5.1 or higher and windows xp or higher.this setup can not be installed on windows 2000.please install internet imformation server or a newer operating system and run this setup again.

please guide me what should i do so that i can run this exe on any computer.
