I want to use proxy/stub in my Windows phone native service . Is that possible?

I tried to implement the COM object but I was not able to Register my dll. some function like RegCreateKey(), RegSetValueEx() are unidentified. If COM implementation for proxy/stub is possible can anybody suggest how it is ?
