I am new to the expression suite and design, so apologies if this is a basic question.

I am developing a custom control in visual studio, the control face I need to be is an animation.  I already have a bitmap, that I can save to any format. 

The part that I am missing is the animation.   How do I add the animation?

Hi,

You have to use Microsoft Expression Blend.
to create animation.

if you have already some thing in Visual Studio, take the backup and open the same visual studio project in Expression Blend, you can create the Animation.
