我有比较旧单元格值和新单元格值的问题。
如果新单元格值< 500（旧的单元格值）所以它可以改变，其他明智的没有改变价值。

Hello,
I am developing datagridview application in windows.
I have a problem with compare old cell value and new cell value.
If new cell value < 500 (old cell value) so it could be change,other wise no change value.
How it can be possible for two three more rows.
